Functional Fitness
Our bodies were intended to move, to work, to play, to face challenges and to overcome obstacles. By focusing on performing practical, “functional” movements, we can train our bodies to become stronger, more agile, flexible and injury-resistant.
We can develop improved balance, posture and coordination.
Functional Fitness focuses on the development of health and physical conditioning which is able to be utilized for real-life purposes by real-life people. Functional Fitness is concerned with developing the body for use in real life situations – walking, bending, climbing, lifting, running, jumping, twisting and turning.
